📄 Job Description

As the Head of Compliance, you will design and lead compliance frameworks across KYC, KYT, and AML. You will oversee compliance licensing matters and guide the company as global crypto regulations evolve. Your role ensures BTSE remains safe, compliant, and trusted worldwide.

📌 Candidate Requirements

8+ years of compliance or related experience (crypto exchange is a strong plus).
Bachelor’s in finance, law, or related field (advanced certifications preferred).
Deep knowledge of AML, CFT, and global financial regulations.
Proven record of building and leading compliance teams.
Excellent decision-making, data analysis, and project management skills.
Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bonus: Multi-lingual, blockchain knowledge, travel-ready.

🛠️ Responsibilities

Act as subject matter expert on crypto compliance and regulations.
Design and oversee KYC, KYT, and AML programs.
Update compliance policies as regulations evolve.
Manage compliance specialists in onboarding, monitoring, and reporting.
Work cross-functionally to embed compliance culture.
Stay updated on global compliance trends and risks.
Represent BTSE to regulators, auditors, and industry groups.
Train employees and provide compliance guidance.
Prepare compliance reports for executives and board members.
