Autonomy Computer Vision Engineer

As an Autonomy Computer Vision Engineer, you will create and optimize computer vision algorithms for real-time use on Neros drones. Your work ensures our autonomous systems perform reliably in challenging environments.

You’ll collaborate with robotics, software, and hardware teams to integrate advanced vision-based solutions into next-generation drone platforms.

• 3+ years of experience in computer vision, robotics, or similar fields.
• Hands-on experience with real-time autonomous platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and C++.
• Knowledge of OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
• Experience with SLAM, object detection, and image segmentation.
• Familiarity with drones and UAV systems.
• Strong debugging, testing, and real-world validation skills.

The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 – $200,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, education, and critical skills. Highly competitive equity grants are included as part of Neros’ total compensation package.
